HOLLOWAY PRISON PRECEDENCE SET BY DOCTOR Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, July 18. A woman for the first time has been appointed governor of the famous women's gaol, Holloway prison, says the Daily Mail. She is Dr. May Taylor, 30 years old and the mother of two children. Mrs. Taylor said that a married woman was bound to have a better insight into women prisoners' problems, because the majority of prisoners "were married.
