£200,000 FOR DANTE Rec. 10 a.m. - LONDON, July 17. Sir Eric Ohlson disclosed at a Derby celebration dinner that he had been offered £200,000 for Dantfe, but the Derby winner was not for sale at any price. Dante, a brown son of Nearco and Rosy legend, won- the English Derby on June S in 2.26 2-5 He was a hot favourite. As a two-year-old. he was unbeaten in six starts.
