SALE APPEAL DISMISSED An appeal against a decision of the North Auckland Land Sales Committee fixing the value of 25 acres of grass land south of »Pukekohe at £2790, by the vendor, trustees in the esate of John Muir (Mr. Rose), was heard by the Land Sales Appeal Court yesterday.
