CADETS ENTERTAINED

Fifty naval cadets from H.M.S. Tamaki were the guests of the Apostleship of the Sea as a result of arrangements made by Father M. Kenefick, honorary chaplain, R.N.Z.N.V.R. After having morning tea at the institute, they attended a city picture theatre by courtesy of the proprietors. A local businessman provided them with luncheon and in the afternoon a football match was played at the Sacred Heart College grounds. On returning to the institute they were served with tea by members of the Apostolate's auxiliary.
