Royal Empire Society.—An evening was recently given for members and friends at the Victoria League Rooms, when Miss Hellaby's interesting and colourful travel films were screened. After the showing of the films musical items were given. Mrs. E. H. B. Milsom received the visitors, and Professor F. P. Woiiey presided. Supper was served by the Lady Fellows Committee and Mrs. H. P. Richmond,
