AMBASSADOR FROM MOSCOW Rec. 10 a.m. WARSAW, July 13. The British Ambassador- to Russia, Sir Archibald Clark-Kerr, has arrived from Moscow by air. Reuters correspondent says he is visiting Poland at the invitation of the acting-President, M. Boleslaw Beirut, and will later go to Potsdam for the Big Three Conference.
