MEMORIAL TO LLOYD GEORGE Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, April 10. Three hundred Welsh villagers occupied special seals at a memorial service for Earl Lloyd George at Westminster Abbey. Those present included members of the Cabinet and Dominion representatives, among whom were Mr. Fraser and Mr. and Mrs. Jordan.
