The Government meteorologist issued to the Auckland Star tbls afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland Province to as far south as Hamilton, Kawbla aiid Tauranga:— An active frontal zone is moving slowly south-eastward over central New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m. Thursday: Fresh northerly winds backing io westerly during tormorrow. Weather mild with occasional rain, but fair periods developing during to-morrow. Further outlook: Mainly fair.
