Auckland, for the re-erection or rebuilding of the Symonds Street windmill on a site to be provided by the Auckland City Council. It is the intention not later than six months after the subscription list has been opened, to call a meeting of subscribers to make recommendations to the Council as to the disposal of the funds, but the Council's decision in this matter is to be final.
