PRISONERS NOW SAFE
P.A. WELLINGTON, Tuesday. A list of members of the Second [ New Zealand Expeditionary Force who were previously reported prisoners of war and are now safe in the United Kingdom was issued today. They are as follow:—Captain A. G. Brend, of England; Captain R. L. Lowndes, of London. Prisoners of war now safe in Odessa are:—Corporal G. M. Cathro, of Wanganui; Lance-Cpl. Hyland, of Makirikiri; Driver G. E. May, of Sandringham; Private L. W. Roberts, of Papakura; Driver W. R. Unwin, of Bluff; Private S. W. Venables, of Hastings.
