UNDEFENDED DIVORCES

Two undefended divorce petitions were granted to-day by Mr. Justice Fair. A decree nisi was granted Vincent Disney O'Halloran (Mr. Robinson) against Margaret Olive O'Halloran, on the ground of failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights. Separation by mutual consent for more than three years was the ground on which Albert Edward Arthur Hamilton (Mr. Mackay) was granted a decree nisi against Clara Jane Hamilton.
