NAZI MASSACRE IN LUBLIN Rec. 1 p.m. LONDON, July 28. The Germans -massacred Jewish men, women and children only a few hours before the Russians entered Lublin on Wednesday, says a Red Star correspondent. In dank chambers of its underground prison the Russians found many dead Jews. The correspondent -adds: "The Germans killed in a hurry, even as our soldiers were entering the city. The people were in an appalling state of misery from disease overcrowding and • starvation. The smell of death and decay was everywhere It was a city of dark horror after three years of German occupation.
