10 a.m. MONTEVIDEO, Mar. 17. The Uruguayan Senate, at a secret session, approved the Governments decision to postpone action on the recognition of the Farrell regime in Argentina The Foreign Minister, Serrato. declared that conditions in Argentina were too confused for immediate action.
