MR. GEORGE LAMPP
(0.C.) WANGANUI, this day. One of the earliest settlers in the Marton district, Mr. George Lampp, of Tutaenui Road, has died at the age of 71. He was a keen supporter of the Marton A. and P. Association and the Marton Jockey Club, and was vice-president of the St. John Ambulance Association. For several years he was president of the Marton Brass Band. He is survived by his wife, two daughters and one; son.
