Mowbray—Tatt.—The engagement is announced between Noreen, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Tatt, The Drive, Epsom, and Douglas Owen, only son of Mrs. Mowbray, of Milford.

Sweeney—l\ve.—The engagement is announced between . Sergeant Thomas J. Sweeney, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Sweeney, of Connecticut, U.S.A., and Laurace Leone, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Pye, of Heme Bay.
