COLOMBIA'S AID
CO-OPERATE WITH ALLIES Rec. 1 p.m. NEW YORK, Dec. 10. A message from Bogota, Colombia, states that after a conference between acting-President Dario Echandia and Lieutenant-General George Brett, Chief of the United States Caribbean Defence Command, the Colombian Government announced full co-operation with the United States in the defence programme involving the establishment of sea and air bases on the Atlantic and Pacific coasts.
