The Main Highways Board hereby gives notice that on the 20th day of July, 1943, the Minister of Transport did approve of the classification in Class 111. of the Birkenhead-Maungaturoto Main Highway situated within Birkenhead Borough, Waitemata, Rodney and Otamatea Counties, and the Warkworth Town District respectively. This main highway is now available for use thereon of any multi-axled heavy motor vehicle or any trailer, which with the load it is carrying, has an axle weight of not more than 5 tons cn any one axle, or of any other heavy motor vehicle which with the load it is carrying has an axle weight of not more than 5V 2 tons on any one axle.
