NEW YORK, May 10. The favourable war news took stock prices to the highest peaks lor three years. After the heaviest volume of trading for nearly three years, sales last week totalled nearly 13,000,000 shares compared with about 6,000,000 in the previous week. Last week's sales made the 1943 total so far 126,000,000 shares, which exceeds the total trading for 1042. Ar. important bullish factor has been the complete success of the second war loan, which yielded 18,000,000,000 dollars, exceeding the goal by 5,000,000,000 dollars.
