Mackay—Procter.—The engagement is announced between Noel Thomas (returned overseas), younger son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Mackay, Onehunga, and Mary Ellen (W.A.A.F.), elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Procter, Te Hoe, Ohinewai.
