NEW TEAM GETS TO WORK At the first meeting of the new executive, Onehunga and District R.S.A., the president, Mr. N. A. Ching, outlined a progressive policy for the coming year. He expressed the opinion that the time had arrived for a decided improvement in the appointments of the clubroom The question will be considered by the executive on Monday next. Twenty-five new members were elected. Mr. H. O. Heighton, who has held the position of hon. secretarv for a number of years, and whose indefatigable services are highly valued, was re-elected. Messrs. Ching and Heighton were appointed as the association delegates to the annual conference of the N.Z.R.S.A. Sub-committees were appointed as follow:—Indoor bowls. Messrs. h,. Row (convener), A. de la Roche, H L Baildon. F. R. Robson, J. McLaren, J. Smith; library, Messrs F. Vallelv G. Evans, W. S. H. Mackay, J McLaren. J. Wood (librarian); distress secretary, Mr. W. Allcock; committee. Messrs. N. A. Ching and H O. Heighton; dances, Messrs. H. S." Miller. W. Allcock. G. L. Knight, J Wood, F. J. Jackson, W. S. H. Mackay H. J. Mitchell; hospital visitors, Messrs. F. R. Robson and F. J. Jackson: emergency committee, Messrs. N. A. Ching, H. O. Heighton and G. L. Knight. Mr. N. A. Ching was appointed hon. solicitor.
