"FOURTH GREATEST"

HITI/ER EULOGISES LUTZE Rec. 11.30 a.m. LONDON, May 1: Hitler, in a speech at the funeral in the Mosaic Hall of the Reich Chancellery, Berlin, of Victor Lutze, the Storm Troop chief, called Lutze the "pathfinder of the new order." He conferred on him the highest order of the Reich and named him the fourth greatest German after Todt, Heydrich and Himmler. Commenting on the war's toll of the Nazi party, Hitler said from Reichstag members to the oldest classes of the Hitler Youth movement the percentage of fatal casualties was far above the average for the rest of the population.
