BENNETT, LTD., Acting under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland, will offer for sale by Public Auction, at their Salerooms, Blackett's Building, corner of Queen and Shortland Streets, Auckland, on FRIDAY, THE 21ST DAY OF MAY, 1943, AT NOON, ALL THAT PARCEL OP LAND, situated in the Land Registration District of Auckland, containing Thirty-six (36) perches, more or less, situated in the City of Auckland, being Lot 4 on a plan lodged £n the Deeds Register Office at Auckland as Number 147, being portion of Allotment 3 of Section 8 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 578, Folio 50, limited as to parcels and title. The property is known as Number 46, Clifton Road, Ponsonby, Auckland, and has a nine-roomed, twostoreyed residence erected thereon. The Mortgagees' application to sell, containing the estimated value of the land, may be inspected at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland during office hours prior to the sale, and a copy may be seen at the Auction Rooms at the time ot the sale, without payment of any fee.
