CURRIED TOMATOES
Butter a pie dish and put a layer of sliced raw tomatoes. Dust with salt, sugar and curry powder. Then put in a layer of cold cooked rice. Proceed till dish is heaped, the top layer being of tomatoes. Sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs and a few small knobs of butter. Bake slowly for thirty minutes and serve hot.
