The Pakuranga—Hunt Club holds its initial meet at East.„Tamaki at noon. • ■-"File principal game at Carlaw Park in the second series of the first round of the championship is Otahuhu v. Newton, the curtain-raiser being supplied by Manukau and Richmond. The Blandford Park main attraction .is Papakura v. North Shore, preceded by Comrades v. Eastern Suburbs. Of the 10 Rugby trials, six are on Eden Park, and one each at Gribble-Hirst Park, Otahuhu, Devonport and Takapuna. The two No. 1 fixtures at headquarters are Army v. Grafton-Ponsonby and Marist v. Training College (early). Four senior hockey contests have been allocated to Papatoetoe and the other to Western Springs.
