PATRIOTIC FUND BOARD
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Thursda.y The appointment of Mr. N. J. Paltridge as representative of the National Patriotic Fund Board in Tonga was made at a meeting of the board's standing committee to-day, and he has been given the honorary rank of captain. For two and a half years he has been with the Y.M.C.A. on war service work. •
