Net profit of Burns, Philp and Company (Sydney), for the year ended March 31. was £201.464, compared with £194.435 in the previous year, and £270,657 in 1940-41. Dividend, which Is unchanged at 10 per cent, requires £200,000. and £33,530 is carried forward, against £32,066 brought in. Allowance for depreciation before arriving at the net profit, was £112.993. an increase of £5123. Gross profit was £1,241,715, or £351.803 less.
