When he was struck on the head by a piece of wood while working at Newmarket yesterday, a plumber, Mr. David Terrace, aged 53, married, of .10, Mark Road, Mount Albert, suffered concussion and lacerations to the scalp. Mr. Terrace was admitted to the Auckland Hospital. His condition to-day was fair.
