MR. ENDEAN CHOSEN

DELEGATE TO LONDON

(By Telegraph—Parliamentary Reporter). WELLINGTON, Wednesday. An announcement that Mr. W. P. Endean (Remuera) has been appointed as the delegate of the National party to the Empire Parliamentary Association conference in London was made to-night by the leader of the National party, Mr. S. G. Holland. It was originally intended that Mr. Holland himself should go overseas as delegate, but following the decision of the House of Representatives last week to hold a general election this year, he cancelled the arrangements, stating he felt it was his duty to remain in the Dominion. Mr. Holland said that Mr. Endean would be leaving for London at an early date.
