TRAIN TRAVEL

I would like to know whether the Travel Restriction Regulations now in operation apply to the public universally, or whether special provision is made for people such as those who are employed in essential industries and who are desirous of travelling to their homes, which in many cases are over the hundred mile limit. These people for the most part look forward to their leave, and when the opportunity presents itself should not have to live m fear that their hopes will be dashed to the ground. I know of many people who are in the same position as myself, and hope that the authorities will take a lenient view, thereby enabling these otherwise poor unfortunates to make their much anticipated trip home WART IME OCCr PAT 1 OX-
