AUCKLAND PRODUCE
The following la the official market report of the Auckland Grain, Seed and Produce Merchants' Association:—The wheat supply position is good and deliveries are still available at the special cash with order prices for minimum 10-sack lots, direct ex wharf. Ample stocks are also held through store, where prices range from 7/3 to 7,4 per bushel. Merchants are holding good stocks of old season's maize, which is meeting with a steady demand. Through store whole maize is selling at from 7/11 to 8/1 per bushel and undipped at from 8 1 to 8/3 per bushel. The inquiry for oats is fair and stocks are ample, with B Gartons selling through store at from 5/8 to 5/9 per bushel. Supplies of chaff are now more plentiful and the demand is slightly easier as the result of warm weather. Through store G. 8.0.5. is selling at frcm £11 15/ to £12 15/ per ton. Barley is meeting with a good inquiry on account of its low price. Through store clipped '.s selling at from 5/7 to 5/9 and undipped at from 5 2 to 5/4. The inquiry for barleymeal is strong with stocks fair. Prices are £12 10/ to £13 5/ per ton.
