Mr. M. F. Vigeveno, who has been for some time acting-Consul for the Netherlands in Wellington, has been promoted to the office of Consul.
Major A. H. Bartlett. who for years has had charge of the Salvation Army Corps in Hamilton, has been transferred to a similar P° Bt J" Dunedin. He will be replaced by Major C. Lee, of Invercargill.
