JUNE'S WISH

(By June Hooper, see 9.)

If my fairy mother visited me at Christmas, my dearest wish would be for a doll's house. I have many dolls and toys, but the only place I have to put them is my bedroom. Now, if I did have a doll's house, this is how I would have it furnished. I would have three rooms, a kitchenette, diningroom and a bedroom. In the diningroom I would have pink and white lace curtains with mats to match. In my china cabinet I would have rose-pink cups and saucers with gold round them. In one corner I would have a little radio. Then I would furnish my bedroom. In one corner I would put my blue cot and in the other my toy cupboard with Mr. and Mrs. Bunny in it. By that there would be their dresser and bed. Then in the kitchenette there would be my stove and sink and a cupboard for dishes. And that is what I would wish for if my fairy godmother would visit me!
