ARMY COURT SENTENCE

INCIDENTS AT NARROW NECK

A sentence of seven days' confinement to barracks imposed on Private Humphrey Arthur Bellamy, New Zealand Temporary Employment Section, by a district court-martial which sat at Narrow Neck on Wednesday has been confirmed by the officer convening the Court, Brigadier P. H. Bell, D.5.0., and promulgated in the camp.

The charges against Bellamy were of offering violence to a superior officer at Narrow Neck on October 10; and also of resisting an escort by kicking and struggling on the same date.

The members of the Court were:— Major W. J. Hicks, M.M. (president), Captain M. Blampied, M.C., and Captain L. Lucena.
