M. Tsvetkovitc-h and M. CincaMarkovitch, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Yugoslavia, have left Belgrade for Germanv.
An earlier message said it was reported that the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister were going to Vienna for the signing of a pact with Germany at noon to-morrow.
Mr. Ronald Campbell, British Minister to ugoslavia, bad a most important conference with t members of the Legation, including militarv, naval ami air attaches.
German troops continue to muster at Struma. Some quarters believe an attack against Greece may be expected hourlv.
Yugoslav popular anger is riding high. The authorities have told the troops to stand-by with rifles and machine-guns ready.
Guests at a restaurant in Belgrade ordered waiters not to accept German orders in the German language from "German tourists." A fracas broke out before the police were called in.
The Greek Press Ministry at states that the Greeks do not believe it can possibly be tmo that Yugoslavia is about to sign an agreement permitting the passage of German war materials. The Greeks believe that sound judgment will prevail. Permission for the passage of arms would mean that Yugoslav railways would carry bombs and ammunition with which the enemy could kill Greek women and children.
"We believe that neither the brave Serb people nor the army will tolerate such an act which would stab Greece in the back," the statement says.
The Turkish Press has declared that Yugoslavia is courting serfdom and dismemberment. Members of the National Assembly all over the country have emphasised Turkey's determination to fight if necessary.
