SEVERELY INJURED.
MINE BLASTING MISHAP. I GREYMOUTH. Thursday. Through being caught in an explosion when a ;-hot was fired at the Dobson mine. Mr. William Ciark. ayed 23, single, of DoLson, nwived severe head injuries. He was admitted to the Grey Hospital in a serious condition. Two shni< had het-n fired in the plat* in which Mr. Clark had been working, and on both occasion? Mr. Clark had retired to a safe p]are. After a third shot, he was found injured 17ft aw»y from the place oi the explosion.
