AUSTRALIAN FINANCE, (Received 11.30 a.m.) CANBERRA, this day. The Commonwealth financial surplus amounted to £2,025,00(J for the year ended June 30. Revenue reached the record total o£ £111,913,421. Defence and war expenditure totalled £->3,200,000, of which £24,283,050 was charged against revenue.
