TWO YOUTHS BEFORE COURT.
Alexander Stanley Pocoek, nged 17, end diaries Kdward Cirevillc Brooke, fifed IS, Rpiearcd in the OUluilm Police Court yesterday oil a charge of mischief, Senior Sergeant Daly »M that on Sunday, April 28, the caretaker of the Biicklaud Beach drossimr sheds heard hammering, and en making investigations found that damage to the extent of 2!>/ had been caused to the coat hangers. When interviewed, both youths jididtted doing the mischief. The magistrate, Mr. W. R. McKean, gaic it wan a pity the defendants could not find something belter to do. He convicted and fined each youth 20/ and ordered restitution of 10/ each.
