LAVISH KINDNESS.
Britons Leaving Italy Treated In Very Friendly Way. LIKE TOUR DE LUXE. (Received 1 p.m.) LOXDON, June 30. Sir Percy Loraine. who was British Ambassador to Italy, and Sir Noel Charles, British Counsellor, and nearly 300 British officials and journalists from Italy have arrived at Glasgow aboard the Monarch of Bermuda. The passengers said that the first part of the journey aboard an Italian liner resembled a tour de luxe. The Italians lavished kindness and could not have treated the Britishers better if they had been allies instead of enemies.
