JAPANESE REPORT SUCCESS. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 26. The Japanese report a mass bombing of Lungchow. 15 miles from the border of French Indo-China. They set fire to gasoline stores, destroyed ammunition dumps, and s«nk 53 Chinese junks, says a Hongkong message
