WEATHER FORECAST.
FOR CITY AND PROVINCE. The Government Meteorologist Issued to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland Province to as far south as Hamilton. Kawhia and Tauranga:— Moderate to fresh but decreasing south to south-west winds. Weather fair to fine, v/ith moderate temperatures. Seas slight to moderate. The recent disturbance has moved away eastward, and pressure has risen over the Dominion. MAUHAKI GULF CONDITIONS. ' The following report of weather conditions in the Hauraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day :«— Wind, south, fresh; sea, moderate; weather, fine but cloudy; visibility, good; barometer, rising.
