WHAT IS "SKILL BALL"?
An intriguing new pastime is coming to Auckland. Under the name of "Skill Ball," this entertainment is now being presented at the Municipal Hall, Newmarket. Funds are to be used to aid construction of the new Olympic Swinrmini» Pool, Newmarket. The game, to which admission is free, is new to New Zealand, but has been played successfully in Australia for the past three years, after having been introduced there from America, its place of origin. It haa proved a big "draw" with the crowds at the Centennial Exhibition, Wellington, and should become an established pastime in the New Year in every city of the Dominion.
