LABOUR LEADER AND GENERAL (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, December 22. At Buckingham Palace this morning Sir Walter Citrine, general secretary of the Trades Union Congress, was received in audience by the King, who since the outbreak of war has received a number of trade union leaders. The King later received. Major-General McXaughtoi., commanding officer of the Canadian I active service force in England. •
