FRENCH NAVAL CHIEF.
TALES WITH MB. CHURCHILL. British Official Wireless. (Received noon.) RUGBY, December 22. Admiral Darlan, Commander-in-Chief of the French Naval Forces, who is now on a. visit to Britain, to-day concluded a tour of the naval establishments at Portsmouth. Accompanied by the British Commander-in-Chief, Admiral Sir Dudley Pound, he was shown over the motor torpedo boat and torpedo and mining establishment, and witnessed aircraft firing. Admiral Darlan has been in consultation during his visit with the First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr. Winston Churchill, on Allied naval matters.
