"ONWARD, NEW ZEALAND."
FILM OF EXHIBITION.
"Phlegmatic indeed would be the person who could witness this magnificent display and remain unmoved, who receives no inspiration from the glorious panorama of the years that is unfolded in New Zealand's Centennial Exhibition." These words are a part of a message embodied in a film of the exhibition just completed at the Government studios at Miramar, by the Tourist and Publicity Department. The cameramen and technicians have evidently given considerable thought to the preparation of the film, and the various scenes have been photographed to great advantage.
The film, which will be released for screening throughout New Zealand and overseas, takes full advantage of the fact that it is Centennial year, and scenes depicting pioneering days are skilfully woven into the preamble leading into the actual pictures of the exhibition itself.
