VISITS TO WIFE.
PERIOD OF SEPARATION.
On the ground that the separation of April, 11)36, on which Arthur William Geofree Mold (Mr. Fraer) petitioned for divorce from Gladys Virginia Rosendale Mold (Mr. Allan Moodv) had ndt remained in full force and'effect for the period of three yeans, Mr. Justice Ostler Court to-day dismissed the petition. The point* raised by the wife in opposing the petition, that there was no oral agreement of separation and that such separation as occurred was due to her I husbands wrongful conduct, were not ; supported by the evidence, said hfa H« n °,)W be C ° Uree Of his Mgment.
