DOMINION BREWERIES ISSUE. AMOUNT OVER-SUBSCRIBED. The new issi>e of £50,000 in ordinary snare capital made by Dominion Breweries, Ltd.. has been over-subscribed, according to advice received from the company to-day. Applications have been made for over 80,000 of the pound shares, and in consequence shareholders applying for a number in excess of their preferential rights received approximately only 4 petcent of such applications. Allotment was made at a meeting of directors held this morning. The issue was offered to shareholders a month ago, at a premium of 2/6 per share. Holders of both ordinary and preferential shares had the right to take tip one new share for every six of the existing shares held.
