CAMPS FOR SOLDIERS.
TENTS FIRST, HUTS LATER.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELTJXGTON, this day. "The men will go into tents with wooden floors to start with, but lints will be erected as soon as possible," said the Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. .Tones, in a statement relating to mobilisation centres for the training of soldiers in New Zealand.
"Wo are out to do all we possibly can to see that the men in camp are looked after and made as comfortable as they can be under training fuiidition-s" said the Minister. "We are pushing on with the work and we are trying to see that everything is in order for the reception of the men in about three weeks' time."
