SERIOUS FOOTBALL ACCIDENT.
As the result of an accident at football on Saturday afternoon, Mr. Charles Duane, aged 22, a freezing works employee, of (ireat South Road, Otai'uhti, suffered concussion and possible injury to the spine. He was playing senior H League football for Otaliuhu ngain«t Mount Albert. The injured man was attended bv Dr. K. R. Luige. and taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance. His condition is serious, but improved.
