OBITUARY.
MR. W. DAVIDSON.
The death has occurred of Mr. William Davidson, who retired in May owing to ill-health from the headmasters!]ip of the Henderson school, where he was stationed for seven years. Born at Clive. Hawke's Bay, in ISS2, Mr. Davidson was the youngest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Davidson, of Clive. He was educated at the Clive public school and Napier Boys' Hiph School, entering the teaching profession in IS9O. Mr. David son was highly (' teemed by all who knew him, both as a teacher and a friend.
Mrs. Davidson was Miss Marjorie Alice MncDonald, third daughter of the late Mr. Xorman Mac-Donald, of Auckland. Mr. Davidson, who was an honorary member of the Henderson Returned Soldiers' Association, is survived by his wife, a brother and three sisters.
