SPANISH REFUGEES.
THOUSANDS IN FRANCE. PARIS, July 19. The Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, stated to-day that half of the 500,000 Spanish refugees who entered France have been repatriated, and the remainder, including 181,000 Republican soldiers, are confined in concentration camps. Mexico has - agreed to accept a larjre contingent, and Britain, Uruguay and Chile are willing to accept a chosen few.
